The ABPAS 3 system offers a streamlined and user-friendly portal for the approval of construction projects. To initiate the process, simply collect the following:
1) Ownership proof from the landowner
2) Latest tax receipt from the relevant Municipal Council, Municipality, or Corporation
Next, prepare the specifications and general details as per the Schedule of Rates (SOR), along with the approval drawing. A few additional documents may also be required.
Once all documents are ready:
1) Fill out the required forms
2) Attach the necessary documents
3) Pay the EVM application fee
After submission, your application file will automatically enter the approval workflow.
